School Council Lead Beach Clean-Up at Seaton Carew

Pupils from the School Council at St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School in Hartlepool recently took part in a beach clean-up at Seaton Carew Beach, putting their commitment to helping others and caring for the environment into action. Armed with grabbers and bags, the children worked hard to collect litter and help keep the local coastline clean and welcoming for everyone.

New Reception Starters Enjoy Lunch Visit

St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School in Hartlepool recently welcomed its new Reception starters for a special school lunch visit, giving children an opportunity to experience a key part of school life ahead of starting in September. The visit allowed the children to practise choosing their own lunch and enjoy a meal alongside their future classmates in the school dining hall. Staff were delighted to see how confidently the children embraced the experience, making their selections and trying the food they had chosen.
